TMS Group goes with Supporting Agent Orange victims program

(Reatimes.vn) TMS Group has sponsored the program "Livelihood support for victims of Agent Orange in Vietnam" with the goal of helping victims of Agent Orange with financial aids to have a stable life.

Vietnam Association for Victims of Agent Orange/dioxin in Vietnam in collaboration with Orange Vietnam E-press organized the first art program in 2019 to express gratitude to philanthropists of "Livelihood support for victims of Agent orange in Vietnam" program on September 17 evening at Au Co Art Center (Hanoi). 

Overcoming the Agent Orange pain

Speaking at the event, Lieutenant General Nguyen Van Rinh, Former Member of the Party Central Committee, former Deputy Minister of Defense, Chairman of Association of Victims of Agent Orange/dioxin in Vietnam, said that “The"Livelihood support for victims of Agent orange in Vietnam" program held for the first time in 2019 is a humane program following the principles of the Vietnamese proverbs: “when drinking water, think of its source” and “do as you would be done by”. In addition, the program connects and inspires philanthropists acting for Agent orange victims all over the country.

The program paves the financial way for victims of Agent Orange to realize the dream of standing on their own feet, mastering life, having faith, and gives them the strength and will to overcome the difficulties to integrate into the community.

Sharing at the event, Mr. Doan The Dung, General Director of TMS Group said: “Agent Orange has resulted in many individuals and families living in difficulties. As the next generation, we are grateful to those who sacrificed to bring peace to the country”.
