The harmonious combination of the dishes gives me vivid and memorable experiences”. Not only that, Mr. Tetsuya also expressed his interest in enjoying the "street food”of Vietnam with bustling atmosphere and busy traffic of the last days of the year.

After days of experience in Hanoi, Mr. Tetsuya Wakuda continued to move to Da Nang. Coming to the city voted to be the most livable in Vietnam, he stayed at TMS Hotel Da Nang Beach of TMS Group. Here, he had a meeting with Chef of the hotel's Savour restaurant and enjoyed Vietnamese dishes made by Chef Jerry Pham. Jerry Pham studied in the US and graduated from Australian Culinary Solution.
