Specifically, The Nikkan Kensetsu Kogyo Shinbun wrote on 15/5: "Vietnam’s real estate value continues to rise, the growth potential is very high. It is the right time for foreign investors. On the other hand, Japan has an aging population, while the average working age in Vietnam is 30. All of this guarantees that thisgrowth will continue for the next few decades. "

The newspaper said that the series of conferences on Japan Investment Promotion held by TMS Group– a prestigious real estate enterprise in Vietnam - in 3 cities (Tokyo, Osaka and Fukuoka), attracting the participation of prestigious experts, provided useful information   investment environment to over 500 Japanese enterprises.
